Frequently Asked Questions
This brief list includes the questions we're commonly asked.
A: Nope. The mobile version of the site functions perfectly fine. There are no plans for a Sharree App at this time.
A: We have a designated section for both support and suggestions. You can find it here: http://sharree.com/forum-51.html
A: There isn't a blanket answer for this question but most of the time shares are deleted because they don't abide by the Sharree Rules & Guidelines. Feel free to message a staff member who can give you an answer for each case-by-case basis.
A: Once again, there isn't a blanket answer for this issue but most of the time you're unable to share your content. If you're experiencing this problem then post a thread in the Support section and a staff member will try to assist you.
A: Yes. Your views gained on Sharree will go towards your YouTube views.
However not all of it, only if the user plays the video, song, etc will it count. If a user only opens your share but doesn't play the video, song, etc. then it will not count towards your YouTube video, stream, song, etc. If a share is repeatedly refreshed and the user doesn't play the video, song, etc. then each refresh will count towards your Sharree views but wont count towards your video, stream, song's views. The difference in our algorithm is the reason why your Sharree views is significantly higher than your real video, stream, song's views.

A: In majority of cases, the reason for this is because you did not link your YouTube to your Sharree properly. In your profile editor, as stated underneath the YouTube channel field. DO NOT put your full channel link in the field. For the linking to work properly, you must ONLY put the ID of your channel.

Information About Purchases
Sharree offers paid promotions to help bring more expsure to a user's profile and content. These promotions are called Pins, information regarding Pins can be found below.Promoted Profiles
A: The Promoted Profiles box displays users who've paid to have their Profile promoted at the top of the homepage.
A: Once logged in you will see a tab in the Promoted Profiles box with a button that reads "Promote". After purchasing a Promotion subscription your profile should appear in the box but now reading " You've successfully promoted your profile!". If you would like to extend the length of your promotion, you can do so by clicking the Extend link within the tab.
A: Promoting your profile gives you the opportunity to bring exposure to your profile and social links such as your YouTube Channel, Twitch, SoundCloud, Website, etc. As they’ll be promoted at the top of Sharree’s homepage.
A: Because we receive several profile promotion requests we display 15 random users to each visitor. Because the users displayed are randomized each visitor will get different Promoted Profiles suggested to them. This is to avoid the box getting crowded with too many profiles which might disinterest visitors from browsing through them. If your account displays " You've successfully promoted your profile!" you can be assured that your profile is being displayed in the box.
A: If you want your social links to appear you must link them by editing your profile. Please go to the Edit Account page.
Pinned Shares
A: Pinned Shares are paid promotions where users who've shared their YouTube videos, Twitch streams, SoundCloud songs, or Website have also Pinned it, so their share appears at the top of the share listing on the homepage. Having your share pinned brings significantly more attention than a regular share. You can identify a share that's been pinned by the icon that appears next to it.
A: While logged in you can Pin your content by sharing something or going to one of your previous shares and clicking the "Pin This" button that appears in the sidebar and following the instructions given.
Helpful Links: Your previous shared content can be found at https://sharree.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=67&filterxt_uid=0

A: By pinning your share, you will receive significantly more attention on your share than if it were regularly shared. This is because Pinned shares are prioritized and are the first type of shares displayed at the top of the home page's share listing.
A: The first few Pinned Shares are the most recently active shares that were either Bumped by the share owner if they are a Boost Member or someone commented on their share. The remainder of Pinned Shares in the listing are randomized and they change positions upon refresh giving owners of Pinned content equal visibility and exposure.
