the PERFECT SHOULDER WORKOUT for Deltoid Growth | Utilizing Foundational Strength Mov

There are certain components of any workout, more particularly in this video, a shoulder workout aimed at directing the proper load to the muscles in the shoulder region.
In other words, we need to incorporate exercises that activate the shoulder properly before you train it.
As we know, the shoulder is a 3 dimensional joint. Typically known as the ball and socket joint. What we must consider however is that the socket is the shoulder blade.
In other words, we are not just concerned with what's attached to the humerus, but also the scapula too.
How do we activate them and get them to work together properly? Well, by utilizing foundational strength moves.
One of the most important being the overhead press.
Now, in order to maximize the effectiveness of our workouts, we not only need to incorporate foundational movements, but stretch the muscles being worked.
For example, the front deltoid raise - Instead of just going from your body to 90 degrees, go behind your body... Past your hips and near your glutes to garner the proper stretch on the front deltoid.
the side lateral raise - Instead of just going from your body to 90 degrees laterally, try either bringing the weight inward past your medial area, or then swing up. Or, you can even do it from behind as well.
Going past the medial point in all of these exercises allows us to place a good stretch on the front deltoid, middle deltoid, and rear deltoid fibers so we can activate a more powerful contraction coming out of each position.
