@Splitknightable i am an anime fan myself, i don't know much about gacha but from other gacha videos i have seen other YouTubers upload i can tell the niche is quite popular and growing steadily...which is good.

for anime niches you want to be up-to-date and make videos on trendy topics within the niche, the "gacha forum" is the best place to get the latest info about new releases and more, now make videos on new gacha releases and info that gatcha fans would want to be aware of before any gacha YouTuber and that video will get you lot of views and subscribers. (just put out hot gacha videos early to benefit from views and subscribers)

Within the gacha forum be active, share your insight and let the community know you make gacha videos on YouTube and should check you out...since you can't share a video or link (obviously for security reasons) leave the name of your YouTube channel. Most will check your YouTube channel out and subscribe if they like your videos.

playlists are important as they can keep viewers watching one video after the other, this will increase your watchtime and get the YouTube algorithm to suggest your videos more, so have a playlist for your gacha videos with short catchy titles. eg. gacha trendy videos (always make sure your keyword is in your title, description and tag... in the example the keyword is "gacha")

I hope this helps.
