Short list to improve:
1. Be consistent
2. Quality of videos over quantity
3. Collab with others
4. Join discords that help other small youtubers collab and connect
5. Join social media and ACTIVELY use it to advertise and talk to people (even if no one replies)
6. Stay positive

I just wanted to say; tip 6 is so important. It makes all the difference-- both for you and potential viewers. Be proud of what you have acheived, not envious of that which you haven't

@BrieIY 1000% Pushing through the rough times is what is going to make you a better youtuber and in turn make you more effective to reach your goals. Stay positive and keep working.
