Some channels may be old or inactive, or a second/third channel owned by one person. Some people may not be interested in every video he puts out, so they choose not to watch certain ones. Some of those subscribers may not be available to watch videos within the first day or so they come out. Sometimes people don't get the notifications.

Its normal to not see a 1:1 ratio of subscribers to views.

@BrieIY yeah i agree but here the ratio is 1:10 ,which is too significant ,only 10 % of his subs watch his videos........

@jung99 I just checked with a handful of larger channels that I follow. That is definitely normal. The highest ratio I saw was 3:10 views to subscribers on the last three videos. Most were between 1 and 2, though.

Plus, wasn't there that big push by his fans to get him to have the most subscribers? Its entirely possibly people followed for that purpose, or made multiple accounts, or had friends and family follow who had zero intention of watching.

Its like when people ask for Bad Word on these sites. Sure, maybe they'll subscribe, but they won't watch.

I really don't think this is weird at all.
